Shipping
Each piece is made to order. Orders are usually processed within 1 business day (holidays excluded); orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on holidays may start the next business day. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, and you'll get a tracking email when your order ships, where the method supports it. We ship to the United States and EU countries; international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and delays.
Returns & exchanges
Return eligibility depends on the item. Please contact us before sending anything back to ask about return or exchange options. Accepted returns must be unworn and unused, in the condition received, with tags and original packaging. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, return shipping for change-of-mind returns is on the customer. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us right away. EU and UK customers may have a 14-day right to cancel.
